About

Designer.
Producer.
Facilitator.

I make learning people can take back to the job. Courses, videos, and rooms that still feel useful after people leave. This is how I learned to do that.

Where I am now

Sales enablement, built as learning

I’m B2B Sales Enablement Lead at Wayfair Professional (2020–present). I work with Communications and Sales Enablement to turn messy operations into courses, videos, job aids, and the weekly updates remote and hybrid sellers actually read.

I’m also earning an MBA at Weber State University. It gives the learning work more business context, which is the point.

How I show up

  • I design curricula with subject-matter experts so the learning matches the job, not a pile of slides.
  • I write, shoot, and cut training video, including a weekly series, with captions and the brand intact.
  • I run onboarding, small pilots, and follow-up so we can tell if the training stuck.
  • I can hold a room or a Zoom. I spent two years training from the floor before I ever opened Storyline.

Path

Through the years

From a yearbook table to an MBA.

Layout, photography, and a story in print.

Good teachers made room for craft early. Yearbook is where design stopped feeling like extra credit and started feeling like mine.
